Who did she eat?
Sombra, Mercy And Widowmaker, you can recognize the outlines of their headgear and hair there ^^
Then, do you have any backstory for this?
Not really ^^; It's just based on the gameplay side of Overwatch and it's a pun on the play of the game that is shown after the match is over. Seems like D.va taking out 3 enemies was the most impressive part of this match.
OK. Will they spat out safely later?
Well in OW you respawn when you die and I doubt you want to spare your enemies in PvP.
OK. Then, after the battle ends, will they get back out?
They will be back as always, just not without some additions on D.va's body~
So, they will digested and added to D.Va's body first, then will be respawned. Right?

Same here, that's why she has her own folder in my gallery and I always go for a D.va comm first from new artists ^^

Not really ^^;
