Yes Gillian has an external stomach that is hyperdimentionaly attached to his throat, so essentially the "body" we see is mearly a body shaped mouth and that stomach scales to fit more guys at a time.

And yeah next chapter we get to see a bit more of Josh's origins, ill try and make it so we get to the vore aspect quickly :p
