Kind of a quick drawing.
Slendy: The true scope of her powers is uncertain, namely because nothing is known about her surroundings. No history; no familial ties; no known weaknesses. She can induce sicknesses in people; teleport; shapeshifting; telepathy, etc.
Abhor: Yes, beyond infinity. Some of it has to do with her coming from a higher dimension than our own, but it also has to do with the fact that she ate a device that gave her quasi-immortality and near godlike power. She can literally headbutt her way into another dimension aside from creating her own dimension without much issue. She is impervious to time itself as demonstrated by some of her many (many) enemies attempting to go back in time and destroy her at a younger age. She can rip people's souls out of their bodies. Make various parts of her body invisible or visible to others. Shapeshift. Read minds. Set the Earth off its orbit and have it plummet towards the Sun if she wanted to. But mostly for the universe's sake, she tends to be bored easily.
Jezebel: A jinn, she was once able to raze entire cities without issue or transform people into inanimate objects, animals, etc. But when the lamps were introduced, this cut her power down to a more manageable 700-800 range. Still powerful than most humans, but still insignificant.
Portia: 70. As an ordinary human, not bad. Has to do with her massive bursts of testosterone from her RAGING bawls.
Cinder: 80-90. But this is primarily because of her being on the Earth dimension. Back on her and Abhor's world, she was more powerful.
Beverly: 60-79. Again thanks to the power of BAWLS. And her training as a circus freak was also helpful.
(More will come)
