It's a membrane and it's not even like Gardevoir where the extensions look natural...Hatterene is confusing but it definitely doesn't feel like BV.

Hmmm a membrane could also be possible... Just added membrane vore to the tags. Hatterene really IS confusing >.< Maybe when a new Pokemon game comes out we will know for sure what she is made of.
