A breeze gently rattled the vast plain of light blue grass in the meadow Beerus sat in, resting himself back against the trunk of a large tree. He sat with his legs crossed, letting out a bored huff to himself as he looked over to the collection of deep orange orbs sitting on a pillow beside him. He wasn't sure why Whis felt the task of watching over a few balls while he did something (He honestly was too tired to listen to whatever he said), would require waking him from a nap, but here he was…
 
 
 
 
While the cat God would normally pass the time in such occasions with an aptly named cat-nap, a deep groan from the pit of Beerus’ thin belly meant that he wouldn't be getting back to sleep until he got something to eat, which unfortunately for him, would have to wait until Whis returned, however long that would take…
 
 
 
 
Beerus slumped his weight back against the tree while letting out an annoyed groan to himself. Why was he the one watching these things anyways, and what for? Turning his gaze over to the glass spheres, he couldn't resist scooping up one of the decently sized orbs and grasping it in his palm as he examined it. He could recall hearing the Earthlings talk about these things before, but what were they called again? Wish Spheres? Starballs? Regardless, he was quite bemused by the stars seemingly contained in each one, but mostly he was focused on how the shine and color of them almost reminded him of some kinda orange candy.
 
 
 
 
At that moment, Beerus’ stomach let put another lingering whine and a noticeable twinge of hunger began to grab at his gut. Ughhh, Whis was taking forever… Suddenly, an idea ran through Beerus’ mind that made him give the orb in his hand a curious look. While he knew it was unlikely it would be a flavorful meal, the cat was craving the feeling of something in his gut, and he had quite the assortment laid out beside him…
 
 
 
 
Beerus took another look at the ball and the single star contained within it before slowly bringing it towards his opening mouth and sliding the smooth orb onto his tongue. While the grapefruit sized orbs required him to open his mouth nice and wide, he had little issue with rolling the orb into his maw, coating it in a quick glaze of saliva before pushing it with his tongue to settle at the back of his throat. While he would agree that it'd be considered pretty unwise to swallow something so obviously inedible, let alone multiple ones, all Beerus cared about was tiding over the sensation of an empty stomach for awhile, and luckily for him they would serve that purpose nicely…
 
 
 
 
The cat God then took a moment to breathe in deeply through his nose as the orange sphere in his mouth now started to sit in a mild yet building pool of his own saliva, though after giving a firm, slick *Ulp!*, Beerus swallowed down the ornate ball, making a satisfyingly round bulge in his throat which vanished into his collar and down towards his eager belly.
 
 
 
 
Beerus let out a relieved sigh as he felt the orb finally settle into his stomach, a hand giving it a pat while feeling the faint outline the object made in his belly. As expected there was very little flavor to his snack, but he found himself quite enjoying the feeling of something so dense still rolling in his stomach... Unfortunately for Whis, his penchant for curiosity meant he couldn't stop wondering about the feeling of another sitting in his gut, so just as he did with the first, Beerus lifted another one of the orbs to his maw and let this one simply roll directly into his gullet, the pit of his throat welcoming the ball with a loud *Gluck!* as another hard swallow pressed it down his throat.
 
 
 
 
Just like the first, the sphere dropped into Beerus stomach, an audible glassy clank rang out from inside his belly as both orbs collided with one another. While he certainly felt the objects sitting firmly in his stomach, he was far from full… Beerus gulped down the third ball he dropped into his maw just as easily, though as it settled into his stomach, he could feel the space in his stomach becoming rather sparse, his belly now starting to take on a faint roundness as it conformed to the unwavering form of his impromptu meal. However, this was far from a stepback for the God of Destruction, considering he'd put his gut through some much more intense strain in the past…
 
 
 
 
The fourth and fifth ball in the set were just as easily squeezed down the cats gullet, Beerus swallowing them down in quick succession which created a more prominent, shapely bulge in his throat which upon reaching his belly, filled it out much more than the previous meals, causing Beerus to hold his suddenly expanding gut with one hand. The cats stomach had become quite hefty with the way he'd been gorging himself, the mass of inedible orbs filling out his stomach into a dense, round shape he found impossible to resist feeling up. Even tougher to resist was the desire to hold it as it filled out even more, so as he placed the sixth ball into his mouth, he shifted his hands attention to his hefty belly before taking another strong *Gulp!* to drop the sixth orb into his belly, which to Beerus’ delight, rounded his gut out even more as it squeezed tightly into his stomach.
 
 
 
 
Beerus let out a bemused huff as he placed a hand on the taut surface of his stuffed belly, starting to rub along it before a hearty belch rumbled out from his gut, pulling all the air from his stomach and tightening its hold on the dense orbs inside. Well, he wanted to fill his belly, and by the way he could feel each orb pressing against the inside of his rounded stomach, he felt like he accomplished his mission quite well… However, there was still a single ball remaining on the silk pillow beside him.
 
 
 
 
He scooped up the ball into his hand and to his chagrin, noticed that the number of stars in this sphere was not a seven as he expected, but instead, only the four star ball remained undevoured. Guess he must have lost track of which ones he was grabbing… Though despite this minor annoyance, Beerus just as he did before placed the sphere into his maw and rolled it to the back of his throat, though this time he simply rested the ball against the entrance to his gullet as he began to reach his clawed fingers into his mouth until he could feel them resting against the smooth surface of the crystal sphere, made extra slick by the cats dripping saliva.
 
 
 
 
As his throat relaxed into looseness, Beerus used his fingers to press the ball into his tight throat, and with a wet*Glllk!*, the final sphere was swallowed whole by the cat God, his fingers eagerly massaging the bulge in his throat before it too vanished into his thoroughly filled belly, causing Beerus to give his heavy belly a solid rubdown and a satisfied pat before readjusting his position against the tree. Since he now had a vacant pillow beside him, he put it to use supporting his head as he lounged back against the tree; he gave his limbs a good stretch while letting out a yawn, getting comfortable with a hand lazily exploring along his packed stomach.
 
 
 
 
It'd been awhile since Beerus’ stomach had felt this packed to the brim, considering how most meals would have softened up at least a bit by now… However, Beerus would be lying if he said he didn't enjoy the sensation of his stomach being so firmly filled out by the weighty meal, and how he had quite the round belly to play with now. His previously gaunt abdomen was now plump and rounded; Beerus thoroughly enjoying the sensation that rubbing his hands along its taut surface sent through his body. All this extra attention his tummy was now receiving caused another rumbling belch to burst from Beerus mouth, his oddly quiet gut now starting to let out a faint groan.
 
 
 
 
With his stomach now appropriately filled, Beerus let out a satisfied yawn as his belly rubbing slowed to a gradual patting and he felt a nap coming to him. He knew that Whis was going to have a legendary earful for him when he returned, but that would be a problem for later…
