As you can see here, Rowi is hard at work at a side-job of his, dealing with criminals of all shapes and sizes as a security guard. Or maybe it was just someone who was rude to him while he was doing his patrolling... Or it could have been the cutie that was running a concession stand nearby? Who knows!
