This is Hareth, he's an albino octopus merman inspired by ghost octopi!

He is the aspect of the sea within Eladrin and is capable of devouring many creatures by creating a vortex to suck them into the maw beneath his tentacles, or simply dragging them in with those tendrils. His under-maw is vacuous and leads to a dimensional stomach capable of holding vast amounts of prey before hitting capacity and can be used to devour prey far larger than him.

He can also devour things orally which lead to his regular stomach. Both his dimensional and regular stomach can be used to either safely carry it's occupants or churn them up. He is capable of powerful water magic including some healing capabilities.
