To know that Stone, the indigestible, can digest life just as well as Enzyme, is a frightening thought, if only because it means the world might have been different.
Her followers have all forgone the lush lifestyles of those who submit to serving Enzyme's abundance.
In return, they have each found the dignity of knowing that their bodies will go to one of their own- the Prophet, the Artist, the Philosopher- who will use them to destroy the oppressive flesh mountain Enzyme on behalf of all who have languished in her shade.
