Ashethian Dragons are rarely seen and less often interacted with.

Cruel reptilian intelligence is the hallmark of all dragons. They take great pleasure in the mental dominance of their prey. After a while of torturing their food they will swallow it alive and whole. Some species of dragons are able to maintain a telepathic link with their prey through which they can enjoy the suffering of the unfortunate souls being digested.

Predominantly solitary, every hundred years or so they come together to mate. Certain species of dragons will mate for life.

During the mating season the female dragons will gorge themselves whilst the males raid towns, villages and cities for treasures to court the females with.

Dragons crave tender flesh and some settlements will offer young women to try and appease the creature.

The lesser wyrm, despite lacking in size compared to other species, is no less voracious, nor cruel.
