All of Valkyrie civilization depends on Crystal Energy. It powers their cities, machinery, heals their bodies, and even extends life. However the energy needs to be extracted, and during this process the crystals are highly reactive. It takes a team of 3 trained technicians to keep the crystal stable during the process.
