Having finished her birthday meal, Darkness sprawled out atop her enormous belly. She’d never felt so stuffed before, not that she couldn’t have eaten more. Below her, her massively distended stomach roiled and seethed as her meal fought desperately to get out. Darkness closed her eyes and reveled in their futile struggles. The feeling of all those luscious, curvy bodies squirming around inside her was simply orgasmic. She would need to thank Chris for providing her with such a wonderful meal on her birthday. This was surely the best birthday feast she’d ever had.

I'm imagining that Chris was enjoying watching Darkness swallow their fellow adventurers, but got a little too close to Darkness' feeding frenzy, and is now just another bulge poking out from the cramped mass of bodies. She's probably trying her best to call Darkness' name to get her attention, a shame that her cries are too muffled for the lewd crusader to hear.
