I’m pretty sure most Goodra (if not all) don’t have any teeth to speak of in Pokemon.

Who cares? It's a fantasy, people can draw what they want to.
I know: but I’d hope he’d make that very much apparent for the uninitiated, just in case they get the wrong idea of what the native strain of Pokémon “is.”
