Yes it is a continuation of Neo anal voring Ruby and Yang and getting their powers, but its a branching path. She's getting their powers, but the commissioner wanted me to make the story in the perspective of Weiss and Blake, and have the focus be more on the digestion/life vore aspects than what Neo is thinking or doing.
