For their hero course, students of 1-a needed to go on a assignment with a pro hero. Ochaco and momo saw a request from mt lady for 2 heroes to help her with a special request mission. both girls agreed to go together and when they arrived to meet mt lady she was happy to meet them. mt lady told them the missions was to capture villains at a location. after a period of time the 3 heroes managed to capture the villains but were proving difficult to transport them so mt lady encouraged them to swallow white which they did. however the girls powers made their digestion powers higher and got rid of them quickly. mt lady then made herself into a giant to carry each girl in one had who were completed stuffed and full.

however mt lady then gives a grin and says the girls aren't quite done yet with the special mission. as the girls ask what else is their to do as the villains are gone, mt lady shoves ochaco into momo mouth and forces her to swallow ochaco. as mt lady happily encourages momo to swallow ochaco, momo ask her what she's doing but is finding it hard to talk as ochaco big belly is difficult to swallow. with a big push from mt lady, momo has fully swallowed ochaco and now in her belly making it even larger than before. While momo feels Ochaco moving around inside her belly she once again ask mt lady why she did this while trying not to feel her overstuffed belly. however before she gave the answer she gave a different one saying she is collecting her reward as she hovers momo and her ochaco stuffed belly over her mouth with momo begging her not to swallow her. mt lady though drops her and swallows momo and ochaco into her belly which makes her look like she is slightly pregnant. the reason mt lady needed to people for the missions was to gain a double stuffed meal in her belly for a while and is happy with it. however when mt lady returned back to normal size her belly was massive because momo and ochaco didn't shrink. mt lady is now struggling to move and regrets not thinking this fully through and wonders how she will get the 2 girls out now. momo though on the other hand is not too bad as although trapped inside mt lady belly she was satisfied with her stuffed belly. Ochaco though is really confused on what's happening as she feels for a while the turning about too much not realising she has technically been swallowed twice.
