i made this around the time i finished up the first hoopa drawing, it was just a proof of concept for a hoopa unbound Bitch
it doesnt look uh Great and i kinda lost interest and just left it at this lol
i'll *probably draw it properly eventually* with touchups to the design
although i might just draw hoopa again instead lol
