Nelson, Marion, Destiny, Kali & Vince from the BBC Three series "Mongrels" which ran for two series between 2010 - 2011,
if anyone remembers this show it does have a few vore/pre-vore/cooking/weight gain and suggestive vore scenes throughout the series, some of which include:

vince eating his own children.
kali eating her own cousin.
vince butchering a horse.
nelson prepping/cooking parts of said horse.
marion eating a goldfish
vince eating various other animals (rats birds squirrels cats ect).
vince expressing his desire to eat certain celebrites/people.
vince about to cook nelson in a pot after becoming stranded on an island.
kali gaining weight and asking nelson if she could eat his dead wife.
