Looks like Rei is sitting there and eyeing up her next prey. She's rubbing the mostly digested remains of her past prey while looking hungrily at you and licking her lips as she imagines what you taste like. Now that she's got her eyes on you though there's no escape, as her previous prey learned the hard way.

From what I saw on twitter the artist is having some IRL issues and I can only assume it will take some time until she feels better.
