Queltocn has constantly been told not to eat while on the job, but he's never really listened, especially when he gets rude customers. He'll suggest they come to the back to speak with his boss, but the only boss he listens to is his stomach. Surprisingly his employers have never said a word about the complaints coming from his gut. Perhaps they're just glad they don't have to deal with the customers, themselves. Or maybe they're just afraid of what the 7' firbolg would do to them.

He'll let them out once he's done with his shift. Probably.
