Well, you tagged it "cloaca", but if that hole I see indeed is a vent (the opening of the cloaca, which is the chamber into which the intestines, urinary and reproductive tracts terminate) is located on a part that in allosaurs (as well as a lot of other dinosaurs) contained a large bone, the pelvic boot, to which the leg muscles attach.
tl;dr assuming anatomical accuracy that hole as depicted would connect straight to a large bone as opposed to the reproductive system and intestine, and should actually be located at the base of the tail.

Yeah I tagged it cloaca but it's technically a vagina...so...ye. I'm not a dino expert or nothing I just like vore so forgive my ignorance
