Anime - dragon ball z
On bulma trip to the namek for their dragon balls to wish their friends souls back to life from other world. However when the gan brought them together they couldn't summon the dragon so, gohan and krillin left for guru for the code and left bulma all on her own with all 7 dragon balls. Bulma got all nervous by herself with protecting the dragon balls by herself and what would happened if someone found her and tried to steal them. Due to all this nervousness, bulma got hungry and when she looked at the balls she got an idea. she grabbed one dragon ball which was bigger than her head and began to swallow it and eventually does. she then proceeded to swallow the other 6 dragon balls and now all tucked away in her belly which is now very big with tight bulges of the dragon balls showing. bulma did this because now she can guard them at all times and even if she is found them won't be able to take them from her. bulma can now relax with her overstuffed belly but hopes no one accidentally summons the dragon other wise her belly will feel the tummy aches that no one will ever had before.

Honestly surprised that no one has done this idea with the namekian dragon balls before....mostly folks do insertion pics with the earth dragon balls so its great to see a belly full of the namekian ones

Haven’t seen a pic of bulma hiding them in her shirt to make her boobs seem bigger also lol

I really hope someone summons that dragon, then we can see if its possible to digest it.
