Spect is resting on top of Signe's engorged tum. Signe having ate who knows how many, many, many tonnes of matter to get her tum to be that large.
While Spect is resting he starts sliding down the side of the orb, hitting the tits which he bounces off, ending up inside Signe's mouth who accidentally swallows him.
