Bebe serves a dual purpose as the colony’s resident healer, and mascot. She’s also the only person who is actually from the planet the colony is stuck on. She hails from a peaceful tribe of beetle-like humanoids who seem to favor low technology and a simple tribalistic lifestyle. In fact, Bebe won’t even wear clothes.

Her hulking, naked presence is very hard to ignore, but thankfully Bebe is a sweet gentle spirit and only the explosively emotional Yoko has ever had any problems with her. Bebe is friendly and bumbling, with a very polarizing set of skills. She is by no definition a smart person, but she does seem to recognize which flowers made good jewelry and which ones make good medicine. Aside from Rigor she’s the colony’s most successful fighter and once notably punched a rowdy noble visiting the colony so hard that his arm exploded into viscera. She then patched him up of course, good as new.

Commonly Bebe seems to have a bad habit of finding other things to do during a catastrophe and usually arrives a little later than I’d prefer to save the lives of her fellow colonist. She seems to have an issue with propriety that I for some reason cannot adjust. Our colony could be in flames and all her friends screaming in agony but if Bebe has just seen a wild terrier and wants to train it then by god the crisis will just have to wait.
