She's not as clueless as she lets on...probably.

So it's been a minute, mainly because I swear finding the right inspiration for this stuff's a bastard sometimes. Either way, I eventually settled upon Party Girl after eating a bunch of balloons. And a couple of slimes which may or may not have been attached to those balloons. A couple other "balloons" may or may not have themselves been slimes. It's a windy day and she's hungry, don't judge her.
