Go to the option in the upper right hand corner when you're viewing a folder.

There should be an option labelled "Comic Mode" at the bottom of the box that comes up.

You're going to want to select Comic Mode (Not Merged). Otherwise all of the comments will show up on every submission, which you might want to do for a sequence or comic, but not if the "Comic" option is turned on for a folder of unrelated images.
