Fallion, but as a smol little boy. Having been spoiled by his rich parents, Fallion is a bratty kid. He's used to being waited on by a fleet of servants, so he gets pretty nasty when things don't go his way.

He's a ticklish little boy who loves to inflict said tickles onto other people - big and small.
