It's Bulma's 21st birthday for the twenty-something time and as a present, Videl has agreed to be the main course for Bulma and her guests. After all, it's nothing the Dragon Balls can't undo. Videl agreed to this, on the condition that there were no apple gags or stuffing any holes with vegetables. Bulma intended to honor this agreement until Videl made the mistake of saying that Bulma was definitely older than 21. Oh well, maybe she can get some get some payback when it's her birthday.





Decided to experiment with using one drawing multiple times and it seems to have turned out ok. I may start to do this more often. Enjoy.
