Figure angels taste good, surprised anyone but the Soggoth was able to catch them though.

What happens to a angel thats digested? Do they just reappear in heaven or something else?

Oh that entirely depends, a powerful Angel like an Archangel surely is able to reform altough they would probably lose their Memory and a portion of their Power.

Lesser angels on the other end, probably won't be any different than your regular Meal.
