From the Moment Cat laid eyes on the Alien princess, she knew she was special. Mainly because she had emerged from a weirdly-shaped castle that fell from the sky and caused a minor earthquake, but also because she was so cute and curious.
Sure, she didn't seem to understand a lot of basic things about the world, Like magic or knights or personal space, but she *just* fell from a castle in the sky, she deserved a few breaks. (That, and Cat didn't particularly mind that last part.)
As a bonus, she was also extremely interested in "Studying the local mating rituals and habits", which Cat princess took as flirting. Fortunately, Flirts seemed to be one area the Alien princess was wholey aware of, and after a few well-placed compliments from Cat, and a few confused, but in the spirit remakes back, Alien invited Cat help with research and "Research", and even said she'd let her in the normal way too! (Whatever that meant)

And so, cat followed her latest fling into the strange, glow-y castle, completely ignorant of any red flags as Alien guided them to her chambers.
There's no way she could flub this, right?
