Looks like our stalwart adventurer has decided to give himself up to the beast, and join his home, sloshing about in that mountainous belly. He can smell the scent of his digesting kin wafting up from that slick, throbbing abyss below, and a loud gurgle erupts just in time to drive home what's about to happen to him.
*Gulp!~*
Digest well, pipsqueak~

The first part of this was just supposed to be a self-indulgent one-off, but somehow managed to become my most favorited piece on this website, and I've never actually drawn Gerard's maw, so I figured I'd do a follow up sketch, still trying to figure out a style for these I actually like, but it will do.
If there's enough interest I might go back in the future and actually try and do these pieces justice, or maybe even do a 3rd part internal shot of what's in that big, sloshing gut, if I can get enough people interested in starring in it.
As with the last one, role of prey played by my friend, Dale Soter: https://www.furaffinity.net/user/dalesoter/

When a big dragon shows up and devours everything you know, m-maybe you simply have to see what it's like? No, it's not like you've always stared deep into monster's maws when they roar. Or let slip the location of your town to the very big beast you were sent to deal with.
... Right?
