As this here pic shows, Angel has devoured Lilo in an attempt to still her hunger pangs, due to the fact that she is pregnant and Stitch is the father.
And from the looks of it, it worked.
As for Lilo... she is very happy about her situation and she is so looking forward to being digested and turned into nutrients to nourish Angel and Stitch’s future offspring.
