Happy new year 2021!
It is the year of the ox/cow so I drew Urumi.

A Japanese new year tradition is the kagami mochi, which is a decorative food display where large blobs of mochi are stacked with an orange on top. Eika loves stacking things so she has gone a bit overboard, while also substituting the mochi for Urumi's big tummy.
