Cleopatra has done it, she has successfully eaten and defeated a hero, albeit in an odd way. This feats impresses the villains, so they try to see if they can recruit her in their ranks. Cleo kindly declines, following it saying that she doesn't care if she ate a hero or not, she saw her and just waned to eat her. From this statement, the villains start to become afraid of her and avoid her, in fear that she may eat them. Cleo just wants to do her own thing, and that may be he scariest aspect of her.
