It's Isuzu Sento from Amagi Brilliant Park. Since being expressive isn't her forte, Isuzu tends to get things done by force. So naturally, one can imagine she takes care of employees who aren't doing so well by swallowing them whole, of course. :P Kanie would probably flip the hell out if he sees her with a large vore belly, though.
Tried doing things a bit differently this time, hopefully it looks more like anime now overall.
