Miraak is resting his arm on one of those pointy curved pillar things you see in Apocrypha. Miraak's mask looks a bit awkward in this picture(To be fair, it is pretty hard to draw), it looked better in the traditional sketch.

There is an upcoming vore sequence thingy with these two. Because I recently got a huge pred crush on Miraak, lol

Hjolii's story, I guess:

Hjolii was once a Miraak Cultist, one of the few that willingly worshipped Miraak. After achieving a high position, Hjolii grew tired of the cult. That night, she slayed a dragon, absorbed its soul, and then casually walked away, as if nothing happened. A few days later, she grew so tired that she secretly betrayed the cult. She stopped attending meetings, and held her title as the Dragonborn high. One fateful day, Miraak found out, and was very angry. But before he could kill her and take her soul, she fled to Skyrim. She had been on the run ever since.

Hjolii also spent some time in Apocrypha, achieving immortality like Miraak.
