To answer your questions: I’d like to see it finished, and while I’m not picky as to who I’d want as the prey, I do want more content involving Kurenai, so maybe her?

Yes it would be great to see it finished.
Prey Hanabi, Kushina,Sakura, Ino, Mei, Karin,Tenten, Tsunade, Kaguya are all ideas what would be nice if you’re planning on keeping it in universe.

As for prey, could make it anyone, though if I had to make a list of those I’d like to see stewing away inside of Hinata’s belly, I’d say:
Kaguya, Tsunade, Kushina, Naruko, Sakura, her own mother, or if you want someone smaller then Hinata herself, Hanabi.
