My bad I might just be stupid, because other characters have vore events so I expected Alice to have one.

Sorry, thought you meant that she had a cannon vore scene. Not just a game over vore scene.
I think she has a vore scene after you challenge and beat Tamamo. She asks a question along the line of ''what do you think of the monster lord?'' and results in a vore game over if you answer incorrectly.
