Hey guys look! I made an animation! Yah, been about 5 centuries since i last made one, but i wanted to test out what Krita can do for its animation tools. Its no Blender or Toon Boom Harmony, but they're promissing! So easy to use and draw. Made this in about 3 hours, at max 4.

So here, have Nagato wagging his tail slowy. Back and fourth, left and right sways the hypnotic tail.
