HERE'S THE TLDR BECAUSE IM A LAZY THOT

- Is somewhat of an electronic poltergeist, *who tends to use old tube TV's because they're cheap and it's not such a big deal if the TV gets gurgled
- The actual physical body is essentially a manufactured body for her, very expensive, top of the line with digestive system and tiddies. Which unfortunately, isn't permanent and can be gurgled
- Can hotseat into electronic devices, security cameras, computers etc, and manually overide them
- The way she eats is, as mentioned earlier, kinda like that girl in the ring who came out of the TV. TV screens, or screens in general are like portals for her. There's a screen implanted into the manufactured body. So. Cookie goes into head tv screen, comes out of the gut tv.
