Zal sat by the fire purring as she rubs her gut victoriously. She was a bit worn after the day. The hard life of adventuring never came easy to her, but she loved the feeling of a full coin purse and a full gut. Her armor stretched as it tried to contain the curled up form of the rodent inside her. The low life thief that had been bothering one of the local trade routes, and who was once so bold as to operate in the middle of the day. Now sits silently as she accepts her fate inside the churning gut. Outside, he can hear the gloating of the amateur adventurer, who's stomach walls hug her tightly.
"Ha, eaten by a cat, how cliché. You must be so embarrassed."
Zal sighed as she relaxed a bit.
"Serves you right."
This is the first sketch of my character Zal. I actually drew this in 2019 but The armor is based off the leather in Skyrim. It's been sittin in my art folder for a while now and I like how it turned out so I figured I share it. The sketch isn't shaded and all I used was a graphite HB #2 pencil. This is one of those sketches I didn't judge too harshly. Usually, I have notes all over my sketches on what I need to work on, or what doesn't look right and needs to be altered. However, for this one, I didn't and I don't quite remember why. Maybe I didn't want to junk up the sketch with a bunch of notes. Looking back on it I'm glad I didn't.
