Houki has sucked in multiple trash bags but getting her mouth full with too much. Houki decided to suck in even harder but unaware to her she accidentally got keitei and her daughter caught in the suction. She got all 3 girls into her mouth with them traveling down her mouth into her belly. With one big gulp she swallowed the last of the trash but confused where the others are. She then hears a voice from her belly which is keitei and her daughter who she swallowed without her knowing. they asked to be let out which houki apologies for and burps them out. All the girls are dizzy from this experiences and welcome houki to the city. Houki realises while cleaning up the city of both trash and villains, she needs to be careful while cleaning.

yep, gonna try and do more stuff with houki when i can, but mass vore will probbaly be with items instead of people for the time being

Well not able to notice their movements from within her belly, and can't hear the muffled voices as well which would result in a accidental absorption of all that mass.
It's just a "what if" to a alternate ending.
