Ammy just found Carla and Baptiste ready for fun... but things don't go their way after realizing she wanted to keep them inside her tummy a little longer than they would have liked.
They do get out eventually.. mostly. I think they're better as fat on her glorious body. Who cares they are just going to be reformed.
( My favorite part is the second panel, neck bulges are just mmmff... )
