Grinda producing top-tier sphhinx content yet again, holy moly

I waited a month to colour this simply because there wasn't any clues to who the commisioner was this time, So I'm going by the old standby of "if the commisioner yells at me at for getting the colours wrong, at least I can just recolour the picture"

also because it was never uploaded to e621 I either colour this now or watch it get burried under the avalanche of new content, Grinda REALLY needs a dedicated e621 uploaded for his twitter.
