As some of you may know I enjoyed the Goosebumps books as a little kid, and the Monster Blood books were some of my favorites -- largely because of the character of Andrea, or as she prefers to be called, Andy! A cute and spunky tomboy who loves wearing bright colors and tight spandex as well as gently teasing her totally-not-crush, the (largely useless) main character Evan. She was one of my first big fictional crushes -- something about her just made me fall in love with her! I think she's at least partly the reason I continue to prefer athletic tomboyish girls to this day.

But unfortunately, despite her starring in a series of books about a ravenous living slime that loves to devour people whole and is capable of mutating animals into giant monsters, Andy never gets eaten! Definitely had to remedy that, lol. In fact I like Andy so much that I plan to write a couple more stories about Andy's misadventures with Monster Blood...hopefully sooner than later!

Please let me know what you think! Not the proudest of my prose here but I hope you can all get some enjoyment out of it!

An additional note: the full title of this story is actually supposed to be "Andrea's Amorphous Absorption: Absurd Alliteration Amuses Author And Aggravates Audience." Unfortunately neither DA nor Eka's will let me post the full thing! Ruins the joke, smh.

The premise of a mindless blob mindlessly devouring a girl just so it can grow is great. I hope it took a while to dissolve her and she felt every bit of it!
