Some incredibly reliable and totally not fake sources have informed me of a scrapped mutation in Fallout 76 that would have allowed female vault dwellers to consume creatures and other dwellers whole, but in turn, made it so that's their only means to satisfy hunger and thirst.

It was supposedly cut due to the concern that players might have used it only for sexual reasons.

Here's a drawing of what I imagine it would have looked like.

Given it only works for women it's clearly a joke, gender exclusive perks don't work that way.

Fallout 76 has a confirmed vore plant bed. Look up forgetfulhatter on youtube and one of the videos is fallout 76 vore.
