I'm finally back with another piece of fan art. This time I am featuring Purple Heart from the Neptunia series. The official image that I used as a reference for this fan art is one of the images from the crossover with Azure Lane. I obviously chose a more pastel color palette for this image, as her dress in the official art that this is based on is a very dark purple. I had drawn her sword, but I decided to leave it out in the final image.

I can't take credit for the idea behind the moon dress. I originally saw it at DeviantArt, in the galleries of CrossCrescent and Verdazin. I don't know if one of them came up with it, or if they saw it elsewhere, but that doesn't change the fact that it's a great idea.
