Just something I was aiming to contribute to the Voraria mod for Calamity elementals before finding out that the brimstone elemental is getting a visual rework in the next update. Figured it could be enjoyed here at least!

Didn't realize this mod was a thing, thanks for pointing me towards it.

Both Calamity and Voraria are pretty great in their own respects, do recommend both

Yeah I started playing voraria after I saw this. Its prett good. As for calamity, I know I heard a lot of good things about it but how tough is it? A few people i know say its pretty hard which is why I out it off so far since Im not too big on difficulty in terraria. A normal expert run is enough dor me lol.

Really the more excessive difficulty comes in from the post Moon Lord content, but for the most part still scales pretty well and you certainly have equipment options to deal with it. Some of my friend's who've played Calamity will refer to it as Terraria 2 for all the content it adds though, and honestly the difficulty is well worth it (and if you can complete vanilla on expert then at the very least base calamity will be pretty doable) - they have higher than expert difficulties too but those can be straight up toggled on and off in game.

I suppose that doesnt sound so bad. Ill probably give it a shot once tmodloader hits 1.4 so I could try it all from the start along with the cool sounding reworks to the voraria mod.

I'm aiming for a rerun of both once tmodloader 1.4 drops, and I know both voraria and calamity are both scheduled for significant updates to come shortly after tmodloader 1.4 as well - calamity has even more content coming with a lot of rebalancing to make that post ML scaling a bit friendlier too.

That sounds rad. Hopefully the alpha for 1.4 of tmod doesnt last as it took for it to happen jn the first place.
