Alice has eaten Ilias more times than the other way around, but more of it is always better. This's the natural way of things, the Goddess going into the belly of the Monster Lord.

She had a little streak perhaps, but overall wins go to Alice. And while it's not up anymore, Alice had an animation of her eating Ilias, called " Angel Food " on Deviantart. So she has that over the goddess too.
