This com is of Mina Ashido, otherwise known as the Alien Queen, having become pregnant from this unknown quirk user. With her belly being one of the biggest, her state has made it hard to move, so she has to use her acid quirk to make enough room. (This doesn't hurt her, but it does end up melting through her clothing after a while).
