Nami wasn't ready for her being followed some unfamiliar individuals want to snatch her so easily. Instead, she gives them a taste of their own medicine.

After she utterly broke loose and defeat this scumbags and all this trouble making herself hungry. So she swallowed them for giving a horrid food which makes her feel unease.

And she enjoys and observes this morsels in her belly to her satisfaction.
