Some times when all the paper work has been cleared and there's not much left to do, Talia likes to bring one of her friends up to her office to officially send them off duty herself.

I really wanted to put some serious effort into this one, though once it came to coloring the background I started to feel pretty clueless on what to do. I guess that's just another thing I'll have to study up on. Anyways, I hope ya'll like it.
